Pix Post

Aaron and Nancy (My step-brother and his wife) were here with their son Quinn who is 9 days younger than D. They flew in from Montana and we headed to the beach. The boys did really pretty well together. D had trouble sharing at first, but he hung in there.
They were hilarious together, Quinn is super with his words, like "water", he spoke very clearly and Davis would say "uh". Funny.
Isn't he cute? I told Nancy she should leave Quinn here, she declined.
We could hardly get the boys to the beach because they kept getting distracted by things, like the road....
He is so old!
He loved playing in the sand.
I love the beach in the winter, I'm weird that way.
Walking to Modica in Seaside for breakfast.
Rugby player?
Thanks for the help, Daddy. It's hard to wipe your nose with sandy hands.
D is such a kisser, is that bad?
Dad hanging out with D and Quinn
Death grip kissers. Again, is that a problem?
We went to the Children's Museum in Atlanta and had a lot of fun. I was freaked about germs, but I prayed for patience....and health. Davis loved it.
We "gardened",
Played with sand....
So as many of you know, it snowed on Friday. I'm sure that Aaron and Nancy loves coming to the south for vacation and seeing snow, so different from Montana...

Here's the shed, faring well
And our lovely winter landscape. Really, I completely adore days like this, cold, gray, hot tea etc. I guess it's because it never looks like this.
Here are my leeks in the garden...
And this is the next morning, beautiful sunny skies!
D got out and played in the snow or "no!" as he called it.
Ty with the boys
D and I made snow balls. (If you look closely you will see some battle wounds on my hand from saving my camera during a little spill I took, nice huh?)
It was so nice to have the visitors and the snow, the brown grass is all I can see now, and D is SO bored without Quinn. But I will look on the bright side and know that we see snow rarely and that makes it fun and... Hanner and Pappy will be here soon so we won't be bored for long.
